On looking over severall Letters
to now as well from the Gentleman who was my prede-
-cessor as from Mr Wright it appears that you need &
can hear dunning very well.
You will not be troubled with any further
application of this kind from me but may assure
yourself that unless you forthwith remit a clear
years rent of the vast Arrear now due to the Hospital
the Governors will make use of the Power they have to do them-
-selves Justice agt. a man who has most Shamefully
abused their Indulgence hither to.
I write this Letter by the Express Order

Mr: Treasurer has ordered me to remind you of yor.
long Arrear of RentI could wish there was no occasion
of repeating those Arguments which have often been laid before
you in order to shew the necessity of paying it of soon, as for
instance, That the Auditors have very lately taken particular
Notice of it, [..] that it will of course be laid before the
Commee etc the Consequence of which I need not mention
I hope you will believe me to be
