necessary towards finishing his paleing. And likewise
that you will order Mr Smith what Timber is necessary

The Governors of St. Thomas's
Hospitall being Inform'd that by making a Hedge &
Ditch about your own Ground you have Incasach'd upon
the Land belonging to the Hospital very much to the
prejudiel of their Tenant, Mr Jones at Hillendon
I Give you this Notice by the Direction of Saml. Lesing-

Esqr
(the Treasurer
of the Hospital) that unless you
forthwith Remove the Sd. Hedge & Ditch within their proper
Bounds & make satisfaction for the Damage occasion'd
by this Trespass You will be Proceeded agt. as the Law directs
