to acquaint you that the Grand Committee of the
24th. instt: have agreed to grant to Mr John B [..]
a Lease of the Farme, held by his late Mother, on
the same Terms as were granted to the rest of the
Tenants Vizt.
The Old Rent was£10..9..1
to which add 6d P Acre for 83 acres 2..1..6

at £20 P ann over paid7..9..5 for 5 years

from which deduct37.7.1 as above

The above Calculation makes it plainly appear,
that the Farme is now let to Mr John Bolver's in the
same Conditions as if a Lease had been granted for
21 years from Michalmas 1735.Mr Treasurer
desires Mr Bolver's Answer as soon as possible, and
