Mr: Sankey has sent Notice that he designs to
fell Beake Wood or part of it this year, with which Mr. Treasurer
has order'd you should be acquainted, & would have you take care to
mark all Tillers & other growing Timber Trees as are fit to be
preserv'd You had an Account in March last, that Mr:
Swaine & Mr. Sankey wanted Timber for Repairs, which you was
desired to mark out for them, & to let Mr: Treasurer know for what
Repairs, & how much you allotted each; of which you have not
as yet taken any Notice

Mr. Treasurer has ordered me to advise you of the
receit of yours of the 28th last, with a Bill on Mr. Chitty
for £85..15..11½ which when paid, with the Allowance of
£2..for your ½ years Salary, will answer the ½ years Rent,
due from the Tibshelfe, Tenants at Michs last. I am to ac-
quaint you that Thos. Smith< no role > 's Lease is ready, & Debt: Hills
will be by Chrmas next, or soon after, & both sent together.
