the money he has advanced, as soon as that is done
you may apply to Mr Richardson & they do not
doubt but he will do you all the Justice you can
reasonably wish, but if should expect to have the
advantage of the Farm without paying the money
due to Thos: Fellow you will be disapointed

Hospitall and the proper Person to receive the same
