This Acknowledgeth the Receipt
of your favour of the 12th. July last for which I return
you thanks By the Inclos'd Warrant you will find
that the Governors intend to hold; a Court at Topcliffs
on Friday the 27th. instant of which I beg the Favour
of you to cause notice to be given in the usuall manner

If you have any further Information to give me
relating to the Affairs of the Mannor I shall be obliged
to you for it at the same time that you acquaint me wth
the Receipt of this Letter which I desire the favour of
you to do by the first Post.

The Govrs: of thos Hospl: having appointed to hold a Court
at Masworth on Monday the 31st inst: I send you the inclosed
Warrant desiring that you will cause Notice to he given in
the usual Manner. If perceive there were several Arrear
of Quit Rents in Augst: 1736 (at which time the last Court
was held for this Manner) you will therefore take care
to inform the Freeholders that 'tis expected all their Arrears
are paid up at this ensuing Court otherwise the Govrs: will take
effectual means to recover the samePray send me a
Letter to advise me of the Receipt hereof & got every thing else
ready as is usual on such on Occasion yors. Mr Morse
