his Life, I should hope no Power of Attorney is Want,
But if there should, you will be pleas'd to inform me
wt. kind of one is necessary, if from Mr Ironside to
any one to be admitted for him & on his Behalfe, or
from ye Hospital ; tho if any from ye latter is wanting
I fear it can hardly be procured in Time. As to every

House Etc. near St Thos s. Church Yard, which Rent, tho'
often demanded, has been neglected to be paid by you;
if you do not forthwith satisfy the said Rent to the
Hospital, I shall have Orders to take the proper
Methods to recover the same by Law, without any
further Notice to be given you I am
