Madam, In expectation of hearing whether you
think proper to bid for a new Lease, the Governors have
for borne treating with any other Person, but your Term being
now so near expiring, They will be obliged at the next Comee
to proceed for the Letting a New Lease, and Mr. Nottingham
shall have Notice of the time, that you may have an
Opportunity of Renewing if you shall so pleases.
