you have taken of ye. Hospitall in ye Old Baily, & pay
yor. Fine of £40. I shall without further Notice proceed
agt. you at Law; which I hope you will prevent I am

Mr. Treasurer reced yours of the 1st. inst. with a Bill
on Mr. Chitty for £76.15.11½ which when paid, with the
£9& £2as mentioned in your Letter, will be in full for
half a years, Rent due Michmas last: but Mr. Nightingale
Letter of Advice to Mr: Chitty is but for £67.15.11½ of which
mistake you are desired to acquaint him.
As to Allen's & Townsend's Affair, Mr. Trear leaves
it intirely to you, to settle it as wisely & prudently as
you can.
