Mr. Skingle
You promised long ago by yr. letter to come
and settle the affair of rent with Jennings & Thos. Woollard< no role > ,
which you have a long time fail'd to do, as well as to settle yor.
own affair of rent which I wonder you neglect to do, because
you use part of the Terme yr. self as you told me when I
was at Parndon . pray therefore don't delay the
matter any longer, & if you are not ready to pay the rents
pray come & Settle the accot. or else our Governrs. will he
obliged to put you to honble & charged

the Houses you hold of this Hospital, whereof I give this
Notice before I sue out a Writ of Possession that you may
if you think fit attend the Grand Committee and offer
any reason that you have for their for bearing to
proceed

which you have not yet done, nor have you made paymt. of any rent for

out of all patience & must all the remedy which the law affords
if you do not imediatly settle these matters & bring the money
