Sir
There's a large arrear due from you for [..] house
in the Old Bailey no less than 3 years & 3 quars. rent at Xmas
last amounting to £37,,10,,- & the house is extreamly out of
repair: I am therefore directed to acquaint you that I
must proceed to obtain the rent & satisfaction for the repairs
unless immediate care be taken about them.

Many letters & messages have been sent you without
your taking any notice of them. I hope this will have a
better effect that trouble & charge may be prevented

on Purfleet Miller at the last Commission of Sewers
The Hospital tenants have so greatly Sufferd by that
Persons conduct that be Should not by any omission get
clear of the small penalty the Commissioners thought fit
