I reced your Letter in Answer to mine wherein I
find you mistake Michas for Midsumer I wrote
you that at Midsumer three hundred Pounds
were due fo so I find it by the the Hospital books
his therefore no mistake of mine which I write
you of that you may pay at Midsumer accordingly

It is by the direction of Mr. Greaves that I address
this to you in Answer to several queries he sent
relating to Mr. Holders farm held of St. Thos. Hospital
The Last lease Expired at Michas 1723 and then
the New one Commenced for 21 Years at £60 P ann
rent & £200 fine
The former fine was £280 & the rent £20 P Ann
There's now due 4 Years ½ to Lady day last and
also above 4 Years quit Rent being £3:18:2½
P Ann which Mr. Holder collects for the Hospital
I don'd find any Lease was Seald but Mr
Holder has nether to held under his Contract
but the Lease shall be made forthwith if required
the Charge of it I cannot exactly say till is done
but I believe between 3 & 4 Guineas
I must add that his necessary speedy care be
taken to discharge this great arrear for
