Sir
Mr. Southgate being returned has aquainted the
Grand Comittee (amongst other things relating to the
Hospl. estates in your parts) that you informed him the
hospital has a right to put 300 Sheep into the Sheep
Walk belonging to Hinton Netherhall, that the Owners
of Sr Wm Willye< no role > 's estate have a right to put in other 300
and that you have a right to put into the same without Stint
but that it is his opinion 600 are a full Stock for the
whole Walk. This Account of that matter is a good
deal Surprizing to the Governors and as they are upon
an enquirey into the full Circumstances of the estate
I am directed to desire you will please to let them know
in what right your claim of that priviledge is and how
all the rights in that Sheep walk arise for they would have
every thing [..] ascertain'd upon Letting a New Lease
so as to prevent misunderstandings and consequently
prejudices that any arise to any one thereby
