at their General Quarter Session of the Peace
assembled.

The Humble Petition of Paul
Woolley

Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above
the Bars in the County of Middlesex
Victualler

Sheweth

That Your Petitioner was convicted on the Sixteenth
day of February last by John Flood< no role > Esquire one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County
in the Penalty of Twenty Pounds for keeping and
detaining a Stolen Dog by which Correction Your
Petitioner is aggrieved and begs leave to appeal against
the same

Your Petitioner therefore prays that
Your Worships will appoint some
Day in the present Session to hear
and determine the said appeal.

And your Petitioner will ever
