Chattles of him the said William Mills< no role > at [mark]
Teddington aforesaid and that the said Churchwardens
and Overseers should detain and keep them in
their possession until further Order shall be
made in the promises at the next General Quarter
Session of the Peace to be holden in and for the
said County and the said Churchwardens and
Overseers did further Certify that by Virtue of such
Warrant they the said Churchwardens and Overseers
on the second Day of the same Month of March
last siezed and took Possession of the said Goods
and Chattles of him the said William Mills< no role > mentioned
in the said Warrant amounting to gether in the
who be in Value to the Sum of Ninety three pounds
and Fifteen Shillings as by Inventory taken thereof
referrence being thereunto had will more fully appear
and last them under the Care and protection of
Thomas Kennett< no role > the Brother in Law of him the
said William Mills< no role > to be Applied and dispeaced of
for the providing and [..] up of his said two
Children in John Mannner as the Court may in
their Direction Seem meet and in to repecting
sames pursuant to the Statue & in such Cases
made and provided

Your petitioners therefore pray this Court
will be board to Confirm the said pursuant
and make an Order for them the said
Churchwardens and Overseers to dispose of
the goods and Chattles of the said William
Mills
