At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex
at the Session House on Clerkenwell Green in the said
County on Monday the first day of April in the thirty
ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
third King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered that John Esquire have notice of this Appeal
and that he and all persons concerned do attend this Court
at the Session House aforesaid on Thursday the fourth day of
this Instant April at nine o Clock of the forenoon of the same
day to hear anddetermineand abide the Judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal
