of the Peace acting in and for the County of
Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace assembled

The Humble Petition of
Paul Woolley< no role > of Fulwoods
Rents in the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the County
of Middlesex Victualler

Sheweth

That your Petitioner was convicted on the sixteenth
day of February last by John Flood< no role > Esquire one of
his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
in the Penalty of Twenty Pounds for keeping and
detaining a Stolen Dog by which Conviction your
Petitioner is aggrieved and begs leave to appeal against
the same

Your Petitioner therefore Prays
that your Worships will appoint some
Day in the Present Session to hear
and determine the said appeal.

And your Petitioner will ever in
pray.
