To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Sessions of the Peace assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint George in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seal of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex one of whom is of the Quorum
Bearine date the eleventh day of december last Hannah Atkins< no role >
Widow of Abraham Atkins< no role > was removed and conveyed from the
Hamlet of Hammersmith in the Parish of Fulham in the County
of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint George Middlesex as the
place of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the
said Order and humbly Pray relief in the premises
and that your Worships will be pleased to
appoint a day for the Hearing and determining
their said appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
