For the County of Middlesex in their
General Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint George in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order or Pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting, and
for the County of Middlesex Bearing Date the Twenty second
Day of December last Catherine Macquire< no role > was removed
from the Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the county of Middlesex to the
Parish of Saint George Middlesex aforesaid as the place of her
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggreived

Your Petitioners themselves appeal
against the said Order and Humbly Pray
Releif in the Premises and that your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day for the
Hearing and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
