House for the said County on Monday

Esquire have notice of the within Appeal and that he and all
persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday
next being the Seventh day of December instant by nine of the
Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of the said Court touching the said Appeal
