London maketh oath that he did on the Eight Day of
this residant January serve the above named John Paulton< no role >
with a notice in writing "That the Petition lodged at
the last Sessions for Middlesex held at Clerkenwell and of which he had notice
for the adjourned Session for the discharge of William
Baker
< no role > his apprentice would be moved as soon as
Councel could be heard" by delivering such notice
to and leaving the same with the Turnkey of the
Marshalsea Prison
