MIDDLESEX .


At the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session House for the said County,(by adjourment
on Thursday the Seventh Day of December in the
Thirty eighthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, &c.

Whereas Henry Turner< no role > of Panton Street Pawnbroker Hath at this
present Session Exhibited his Petition and Appeal setting forth that he was on
or about the third day of November last, convicted in the Penalty of Five
Pounds by Henry James Pye< no role > Esquire one of the Justices of the Peace for the
said County, upon an Information Exhibited and Prosecuted by James
Stallwood
< no role > charging that the Petitioner did in Panton Street in the said County
on the fourth day of October last take and receive of John Adams< no role > on redeeming
the Pledge therein after mentioned the sum of Six Pence by way of profit upon
thirteen Shillings on the Thirtieth day of August last past lent upon at Pledge
of a pair of Silver Buckles to the said John Adams< no role > , contrary to the Statute
&c whereby the Petitioner conceived himself aggrieved, Whereupon at the sent
request of the said Petitioners, It is Ordered that the benefit of his said a
Appeal should be saved unto him and the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of -
the Peace to be holden for this County, and on Notice hereof in the meantime
to be given unto the said Henry James Pye< no role > , he and all persons concerned do
attend the Court at the Session House aforesaid, on Thursday the Eleventh
day of January next, at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day, to
hear and abide the judgment and determination of the said Court touching
the said Appeal
