maketh Oath and saith that in pursuance of the Orders of Court hereunto
annexed he this Deponent hath since the Twenty sixth day of October
last made particular Enquiry at the office of the Clerk of the peace for
the County of Middlesex
and at several other places for the last known
place of abode of John Spiller< no role >
Esquire in the said Orders named
within the County of Middlesex
and he this Deponent upon such
Enquiry was informed and which information this Deponent
believed to be true that the last known place of Abode of the said John
Spiller< no role >
within the said County of Middlesex
was at Brentford
in
the said County And this Deponent further saith that on the
Twenty Seventh day of December last he went to Brentford
aforesaid
to make Enquiry for the last known place of Abode of the said John
spiller< no role >
within the said County and upon such Enquiry this
Deponent was informed by one Wes. Wornum< no role >
who resides at
a House in Brentford
that the said John Spiller< no role >
in the Month of
October last resided at the said house and that such House was
his last place of Abode at Brentford
aforesaid and that the said
John spiller< no role >
did not afterwards dwell at any other House in the
County of Middlesex
to her knowledge or belief And this Deponent
saith that he believed such Information to be true and therefore this
Deponent did on the said Twenty seventh day of December last leave
with the said Wr Wornum< no role >
for the said John Spiller< no role >
at the said
house
