Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant
or Order under the Hands and Seals of C.T
Kirby and J Warner two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the
said County of Middlesex
one where of being of the

in Westminster
to the said
Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell
as the
Place of their last legal Settlement
Your Petitioner conceive themselves
aggreived by the adjudication of the said
two Justices therefore humbly appeal
to this Court against the same and
pray your Worships will appoint a
Day in the present Session for hearing
and determining of the said Appeal
