It is Ordered by the Court that the within named
Thomas Barnard< no role > Esquire have notice of the within
Appeal and that all persons concerned do Attend this
Court on Thursday next at nine o' Clock in the Forenoon
to hear and abie the Judgement of the Said Court touching
