County, ( by adjournment) on Thursday

in the Thirty seventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great
Britain, Etc.
WHEREAS the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kensington
in the County of Middlesex
have at this present
Session, exhibited their Petition and Appeal setting forth That by virtue of a Pass Warrant
or order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of Edward Hilliard< no role >
and
Thomas Bishop< no role >
Esquires
two of His Majestys Justices of the peace acting in and
for the said County dated the 8th. day of October Instant Elizabeth Hayden< no role >
was removed from the Town of Uxbridge
in the said County of Middlesex
to the
said Parish of Kensington
as the place of the last legal Settlement of her the
said Elizabeth Hayden< no role >
; whereby the Petitioners conceived themselves aggrieved
WHEREUPON at the request of the said Petitioners, IT IS ORDERED, That the
benefit of their said Appeal should be saved unto them, and the hearing and determing
thereof be and same is hereby adjourned until the next GeneralSession
of the Peace to be holden for this County; and on notice hereof in the meantime to be given
unto the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Town of Uxbridge
they and all Persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session House
aforesaid, on Thursday the first day of December next, at the Hour of
Nine in the Forenoon of the same Day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal.
