for a Nuisance

Peter Reynolds< no role > Clerk to James Collins< no role > of Spital Square in
the County of Middlesex Gentleman Solicitor for this Prosecution maketh
Oath that the Indictment in this prosecution was preferred against
the Defendant and found at the last Sessions of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex and Deponent further saith that the said Defendant
appeared and pleaded to the said Indictment and entered into
recognizance to try the same at the present Session as deponent hath been informed by the Clerk of the peace And Deponent
further saith that the said Defendant hath not given Notice of Trial
to the said James Collins< no role > as Solicitor for the Prosecutor or to the
Prosecutors of the said Indictment as Deponent hath been informed
and verily believes.

Sworn in Court this twenty
Sixth day of October 1795}
