and lodged in the New Conpter in
Giltspur Street , and that on the
Seventeenth of the said Month the
said Thomas Clark< no role > was brought before
the said Sir Watkin Lewis< no role > before
whom the said Thomas Clark< no role > put in
Pish Bail on the said Certificate of
the Indictment aforesaid And that
the said Sir Watkin Lewis then informed
this Deponent that he this Deponent
had fully performed his duly and
that he has no more to do with it,
he the said Thomas Clarke< no role > having part
in fresh Bail to Try the said Indictment
which Information this Deponent Verily
believed to be true and in consequence
never after troubles himself therein
