Thomas Clark< no role > of Bethlen Green in the County of Middlx
the above named Prosecutor Maketh Oath and Saith that
Michael Bradwith< no role > the abovenamed Defendant did on
the 27th day of October last wontonly and will fully beat
this Deponent several times about the head and fare
without any Cause or prevocation. Ant this Deponent
further saith that in Consequence of the Blows be
Received he is unable of following his Business by
Reason of on Injury in his Stomach which is
occasioned by the said Blows as this Deponent
believes and is informed
