and that at the same session of the Peace being
holden by adjournment aforesaid at the session
house aforesaid in and for the said county on
the said Wednesday the thirtieth day of April
in the year aforesaid before the said Justices of
our said Lord the King above named and
others then fellows aforesaid That session of
the Peace is adjourned by the aforesaid
Justices of our said Lord the King abovenamed
and others their fellows aforesaid here until
Thursday the first day of May in the year
aforesaid at the hour and Place last
abovesaid And that at the same session of
the Peace being holden by adjournment
aforesaid at the session house aforesaid in
and for the said county on the said Thursday
the first day of May in the year aforesaid
before the said Justices of our said Lord the
King abovenamed and others then fellows
aforesaid

Whereas James Mercer< no role > of West Drayton in
the county of Middlesex Game Keeper hath at
this Present session exhibited his Petition and
appeal setting forth that by a distress warrant
under the hand and seal of Thomas Bishop< no role >
Esqr. one of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the county of Middlesex bearing date the
20th day of March now last past it appeared that
the Petitioner was that day convicted before the
said Thomas Bishop< no role > upon the oaths of John
Portlock
< no role > William Booth< no role > George Morton< no role > and
William Wortley< no role > for having on the morning of
the sixth of the said then month of March in the
night of the said day used a net for the
