To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Twickenham in the said County, and to the
Chuch-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Froyle [..] in the
County of [..] Hants and to each and every
of them.

UPON the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of Twickenham aforesaid, unto us whose
Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Jus-
ices of the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex , and one of us
of the Quorum, That
Sarah Oliver< no role > (Widow of James Oliver< no role > ) with her
4 Children the Eldest named Hannah< no role > aged 12 years
the second named John< no role > used 11 years the Third named
ann< no role > aged 3 years and the fourthnamed Charles< no role > aged 8 months
ha ve come inhabit in the said Parish of Twickenhm not having
gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any Certificate owning
themto be settled elsewhere, and that
the said Sarah Oliver< no role > and her 4 Children
are
[..] become chargeable to the said Parish of Twickenham We the
said Justices upon due Proof made hereof, as well upon the Examination of
the said Sarah Oliver< no role > upon Oath,
as otherwise, and likewise upon due Consideration had of the Premises, do
adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the lawful
Settlement of them the said Sarah Oliver< no role > with her four
Children is in the said parish of
Froyle in the siad County of [..] Hants
We do therefore requite
you the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Twickenham or some, or one of you, to convey the said Sarah Oliver< no role >
with her four Children from and out
or your said Parish, to the said Parish of Froyle
and them to deliver to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there, or to some, or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true
Copy thereof: And we do also hereby require you the said Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Froyl
to receive and provide for them
as Inhabitant of your Parish Given under our Hands
and Seals the 22ds Day of March in the Year of
our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninety four
