To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Sepulchre London

Sheweth


That by an Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals ofMW. Addington and Thomas Bishop< no role >
Esquires Two of his Majesty's Justice of the Peace acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the
Twenty fourth Day of April Instant Samuel Fester< no role > was removed
and conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish of
Saint Sepulchre London as the place of his legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of Removal of the said Two
Justices appeal to the said Court against
the same And humbly pray that the said
Appeal may be heard this present Sessions
and that a time may be appointed for the
hearing and determining thereof
