To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their general Quarter Session of the
peace for the said County assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Troyle in the County of Hants

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands and Seals of Paul Vaillant< no role > and W. Heckford
Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the said County (one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date be twenty second day of March One thousand seven hundred
and ninety four sarah Oliver< no role > (Widow of James Oliver< no role > ) with her four Children the eldest
named Hannah< no role > aged Twelve Years the second named John< no role > aged Eleven Years the third
named Ann< no role > aged three years and the fourth named Charles< no role > aged Eight Months were
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Trukenham in the said County to the said
Parish of Hoyle as the Place of thir Laillegal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
think themselves aggrieved and appeal to his Court against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray this Court
will please to appoint time for hearing and
determining the said Appeal and that all persons
concerned may there attend

Middlesex to wit At the General Quarter Session of the peace of
our Sovereign Lord the King holden at the New Sessions House on
Clerkenwell Green in and for the said County of Middlesex by
Adjournment on Tuesday the twenty ninth day of April in the
thirty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the paint of Twickenham in the said County have notice of this Petition and Appeal
and that they and all persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next the first
day of May at the New Sessions House on Clerkenwell Green at Ten o Clock in
the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination of the
same Court touching he said Appeal
