Ruxley
in the said County of Kent
one of the
parish Officers
of the Parish of North Cray
in the said County
for an order of the Justices for the Removal of Hannah
Humphreys< no role >
the Pauper
in question in this Cause from the
said Parish of North Cray
to the
Parish of Harrow on the
Hill
in the County of Middlesex
which the said James Beedle< no role >
Refused to deliver to this Deponent And this Deponent
further saith that he saw the said James Beedle< no role >
Copy the
annexed Extract from the said order of Removal and that the
same is of the Hand Writing of the said James Beedle< no role >
And
this Deponent further saith that the said James Beedle< no role >
gave
this Deponent the said annexed Extract from the said Order
of Removal and at the same time informed this Deponent that
it would out be necessary to produce the Original Order
And this Deponent further saith that he Resides at
Sedcup
in the said parish of Footscray
which is near twelve
Mills from London that he was taken up yesterday
in finding out the Pauper in order to produce her in
Court pursuant to Notice given him for that purpose
and that he had not an opportunity to Consult with
his Solicitors who reside in London respecting the
said James Beedle< no role >
Refusing to produce that Order
