To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at the most
General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Giles Without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Willm Jones< no role > Esqr . and B: Kennett Esquires Doctor in Divinity Two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex (one being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Seventh Day of March One thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety four John Whale< no role > was removed
from the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex to the parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London as the place of his last legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that
your Worship will be pleased to appoint a Day of this
present Sessions That all Parties may attend to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
