The Petition and Appeal of Albion Cooper< no role >
of Richmond in the County of Surry Tallow
Chandler against the Conviction of Nathaniel
Bland
< no role > Esquire One of the his Majesty's Justices of
the Peace acting in and for the said County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth,


That by Virtue of an Order Judgment or Conviction
under the Hand and Seal of Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire
One of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace acting in and for
the said County bearing date the 13th. January 1794 the
said Justice convicted your Petitioner in the Penal Sum
of £5 and Costs for that your Petitioner did on the 10th.
day of the said Month of January 1794 use or cause to
be used a Cart in or upon a certain Highway or Public
Turnpike Road in old Brentford in the said County of
Middlesex without having his Surname and place of
Abode painted thereon in large Legible Letters contrary
to the staute EtcAnd

That your Petitioner did on the 18th. day of
January last cause the said Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire
to be served with a Notice of Appeal to the said
Conviction
