OFFICE OF CLERK OF THE PEACE,
Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green ,
7th April, 1794.

You were bound to Appear and Prosecute Thomas Goodwin< no role >
at January
Session last at the Session-House for the said County, but not
appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and will be
estreated into the Court of Exchequer , form whence Execution
will proceed for the levying 10 Pounds on your Goods
and Chattles unless care be taken to stop Proceedings, by an
Application for a Respite at the next Session, which will be held
at the Session-House aforesaid On TUESDAY, the Twenty Ninth
Day of April Instant.

Be there between the Hours of Ten and
Three, and bring this Letter with you
or apply at my Office in the mean time}
