That your Petitioner has entered into the usual
recognizance with proper Security for the abiding the
Order of this Court to be made in that behalf And that
your Petitioner humbly conceives himself aggrieved in
the Promises And that he has good cause for the said
Appeal

Your Petitioner therefore Appeals
to your Worships against the said
Judgment Order and Conviction and
humbly prays relief in the Premises
And that you Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day in this heresent Sessions
for the hearing and determining the
said appeal and that all Parties
concerned may then attend.

And your Petitioner shall
ever pray.
