to the directions contained in the aforesaid Act of
Parliament of 13th. Geo. 3rd. And that supposing my
Christian and Surname and place of abode was not
painted on the said Cart in manner aforesaid the said
Cart so used by me was and is excempt from the
Penallies inflicted by the said Act of Parliament of 13th.
Geo 3rd. for not having the Owener's Christian and Surname
painted thereon by reason that the said Cart is not kept
to let to hire or was then let to ture within the true intent
and meaning of the aforesaid Act of Parliament of 13th.
Geo. 3rd. And that if the said Cart had not my Christian
and surname and place of abode painter thereon in
manner aforesaid the reason is that the aforesaid william
Turner< no role > who is the Informer erased the same from off
the said Cart As Witness my Hand this 18th. Jany 1794
