It is Ordered that the within named
Nathaniel Bland< no role > Esquire have notice of this
Appeal and that he and all persons concerned
do attend the Court at the Sessions House
aforesaid on Thursday the First day of
May next at the hour of Ten in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the
Judgement and determination of the said
Court touching the said appeal
