Bail and this Deponent was informed it was Incumbont
on the said Thomas Jones< no role > to give this Deponent Notice
of Tryal for the next Session And this Deponent
saith That not having receives Notice of Trial he
went in search of the said Thomas Jones< no role > in order to
have him Apprehended but this Deponent found
his Premises shut up and upon making Enquiry
in the Nighbourhood was informed the said Thomas
Jones< no role > had run away And this Deponent hath
several times since he received such
Information endeavoured to find out the said
Thomas Jones< no role > in order to have him
Apprehended and tried for the said Misdemeanor
but this Deponent hath not been able so to do and
Verily beleives from further Information he
has since received in the nighbourhood where in
the said Thomas Jones< no role > lived that he hath not
been since heard of since he first went away
