De [..] bit and made her Escapewhich Information Deponent believes to be True and Deponent Omitted Preferring a Bill against the Woman merely because she had made her Escape out of Custody and not with any Intention to prevent her being brought to Justice and Deponent is Ready and willing to prefer Bill this Sessions And this Deponent Saith that
She having got away He did not Attend to prefer the Bill of
Indictment at the February Sessions as he otherwise should have
done And further Saith that he hath not had nor can
procure any Intelligence whatever of the said Ann Budd< no role >
since she so made her Escape,
