the Parish of Saint George in the County of Middlesex the above
named Defendant in persons maketh Oath and saith that he
this Deponent did on the tenth day of this Instant April
personally serve Mr. John Rippingham< no role > the prosecutor and
Sollicitor for the above prosecution in person with a true Copy of
the Notice hereto annexed by delivering the same to him at his
Office is Ratcliff Highway in the parish of Saint George
aforesaid-
