To the Worshipfull hisMajestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General Session
of the Peace at The Session House on Clerkenwell be Green-
Assembled,

The Humble Petitions and Appeal of The
Churchwardem and Overseers of the Poor of The
Hamlet ofMile End New Town in the Parish
of Saint Dunstan Stepney in the County of
Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of William Quarrill< no role > and John Staples< no role >
Esquires Two of hisMajesty's Justices of the peace in and for the
County of Middlesex (One whereof Being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the twenty sixth Day of August last Charlotte Seaman< no role >
aged about Eleven years and William Seaman< no role > aged about Nine
Years The Children of William Seaman< no role > deceased were removed
and conveyed from the Parish of saint Mary White Chapel in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Hamlet of Mile End
New Town as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Charlotte Seaman< no role > and William Seaman< no role > Whereby yours Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved

And therefore they Appeal to this Court against the
Adjudication of the said Two Justices and the said Order
And Pray. That Your Worships will be pleased to
appoint some Day in this present session for the
Hearing and Determination of the said appeal and
to Order That the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor. of the said Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
and all Persons conceined do then attend this Court

And your Petitioners shall every Pray Etc
