The humble Petititon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Martin in the Feilds
within
the Liberty of Westminister
in the said
County.
Sheweth,
That by virtue of an Order of pass Warrant under the

, Esquires
Two of this Majesty Justices of the Peace
acting in and for
the City and Liberty of Westminister
(one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Eighth Day of July 1789. Elizabeth

Pregnant was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
to the said Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields as the
place of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
conceivd themselves to be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therfore humbly appeal to
this Court against the adjudication of the said
Two Justices and their said Order and pray that
your Worships will be pleased to appoint a Day
to hear and determine the said Appeal.
And your petitioners will ever pray Etc
