WHEREAS Complaint has been made to Us, Two of His
Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex ,
(whereof one is of the Quorum) by the Churchwarden and Overseers
of the Poor of that Part of the Parish of Saint Andrew, Holburn, which
lies above the Bars , in the said County, That
Elizabeth, Pentycross< no role > Singlewoman hath

lately come into the said Part of the said Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn ,
endeavouring to settle there contray to Law : And it appeareth unto
Us the said Justices, and we do adjudge, That she is likely
to become chargeable thereto, and upon Examination of the said
Elizabeth Pentycross< no role >
taken upon Oath, it
farther appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise adjudge, That
the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton, Garden and Ely
Rents aforesaid in the said County of Middlesex :
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
Elizabeth Pentycross< no role >

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to charge and command
the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Part of the
said Parish of Saint Andrew, Holborn , forthwith to remove and convey
the said
Elizabeth Pentycross< no role >
from and out of the said Part of the said Parish, to the said [..] Liberty
of Saffron Hill Haldon Garden and Ely Rents
and deliver her
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for her
according to Law : Given under our Hands and Seals the
27th Day of August One Thousand
