MIDDLESEX .


AT the GeneralSession of the Peace of our
Lord the King, holden in the for the County of Middlesex , at
the Session-House for the said County, ()
on Monday the seventh Day of September in the
Twenty ninthYear of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord
GEORGE the Third, King of Great Britain, Etc. Before William
Mainwaring
< no role > , William Bleamire< no role > , Thomas Gorden< no role > , Charles Triquet< no role >
Esquires , and others thier Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the
King, assigned to keep the Peace in the county aforesaid; and
also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other
Misdeanours committed in the same County

Whereas the Churchwarens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Saint Peter in
the Town of Derby Did at the last General Quarter Session of the Peace held in and for
this County Exhibet their Petition and appeal setting forth That by an Order under the Hands
and Seals of N Canant and I Barnfather Esquires two of His Majestys Justices of the
Peace in and for said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date 26th. day
of June 1789 Susannah Wigley< no role > Widow of James Wigley< no role > ever removed and conveyed from
the Parish of Saint of Saint Marylebone in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint Peter in the Town of Derby as the place of her last legal settlement whereby the
petitioners conceived themselves aggieved which said appeal stood duty adjourned unto
this Session Now the said appeal coming on to be heard, at the request of the Church
Wardern and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Saint Marylebone and by the
covent of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Peter
Derby It is Ordered that the said Appeal be and the same is hereby dismissed and the
said Order of the said two Justices is hereby confirmed And it is further Ordered
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of Saint Peter in the
Town of Derny do maintain and provide for the said Susannah Wigley< no role > until they can
free themselves from the charge thereof by due courses of Law
