To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. James , within the Liberty of Westminister , in the County
of Middlesex , and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
in the said Liberty
and to each and every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, two
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , acting in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One whereof being of
the (Quorum) by the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , That Elizabeth
Huggins
< no role > , Pregnant
lately intruded and came
into the said Parish of St. James , and is likely to become
chargeable to the same: We, the said Justices, upon Exami-
nation of the Premises upon Oath, and other Circumtances,
do adjudge the same to be true and do also adjudge the Place
of the last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Huggins< no role >
to be in the Parish of Saint Martin in the
Fields in the Liberty of Westminister

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require
you, the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. James , on Sight hereof, to re-
move and convey the said Elizabeth Huggins< no role >
from and out your said parish of St. James to the said
Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields
and her deliver unto the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together
with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby
required to receive and provide for her according to Law.
Given under our Hands and Seals, this Eight
Day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Eighty nine
