24th. June last from Respondts. to Appellts.Under a Supposition that
she was the Widw . of Pizey who was Settled St. Appellts.
But she now owns that she had a former Husband living
at the time of her Marriage wt. PizeyAnd that such former
Husbd. was not Settled Wt. Appellts.therefore please to More
that the Appeal be allowedto Wh. Respondts. will Consent
