To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
in their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the said County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands
and Seals of Thomas Gordon< no role > and William Gregson< no role > Esquires two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the City and Liberty
of Westminster in the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the twenty third day of June last Sarah Woodhouse< no role >
Singlewoman and her two female Bastards Children to wit, Rebecca< no role >
Aged two Years and Amelia < no role > Aged five Months for Nurture were
Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of St Martin in
the Fields within the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid to
the said Parish of St Giles in the Fields as the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Sarah Woodhouse whereby Your
Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved

Your Petitioners humbly Appeal to this Court
Against the Adjudication and Order of the said two
Justices And Pray that Your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day in this present Session
for the Hearing and determining the said Appeal

And your Petrs will Pray Etc
